Situated on 7 miles of powdery white sand beach. It is only a few small steps to beautiful Pass-a-Grille Beach. This house is in a residential beach island, it is a more secluded vacation spot away from the energy of downtown Pass-a-Grille for those who enjoy relaxing sunsets, early morning walks and a quaint, small beach town atmosphere perfect for disconnecting. The home abounds with calm and inviting paint and trim with modern furnishings & craftsman style charm!
Very clean house, with Hardwood floors, Marble and Travertine in bath and kitchen. Queen Bedroom with large closet with shelves & hanging clothes space. The living room has a pull-out queen couch that is easy to pop-up and there is seating for 4 at the dining table. Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to each guest’s arrival. Sanitizer and contact-less self-check in provided.
A sitting area and entrance patio that can be used for BBQ's or eating outside. Your personal porch is equipped with chairs, table, and a Webber BBQ. There is one -off street parking spot that accompanies the house stay. The house itself is updated with a clean kitchen and bath, and a small outdoor patio for relaxing after the beach.
Palm trees and your own garden patio are yours on this property, a private Charcoal-grill and a shared outside shower are available for your use! There is a ton of peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore! Completely bright, airy, clean and updated original beach home that includes new furniture and two great outdoor patios!
You have use of two Electra bicycles to call your own while on vacation that come equipped with a lock.
Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners deli (voted best on the beaches for years!) gourmet deli with freshly caught fish, marinated meats, steaks, rubs for fish, poultry, and veggies! It is the perfect place for groceries and its only blocks away- great for BBQ items or a quick snack.
